These terms govern use of the Primal website and its public assistant. Product access, implementation, processing terms and support are agreed separately in the applicable order form or agreement.

Website information

Website materials describe the product at a high level. They are informational and do not constitute a public offer, a guarantee of a particular result, or technical or legal advice.

Public assistant

The assistant explains published materials only. It does not access your company systems or replace professional, legal, financial or security advice. Do not enter passwords, tokens, account details or other sensitive information.

Intellectual property

Primal materials, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party system names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
